Actually, this is from 1961, when another socialized health care plan was being discussed. Listen to it, though, and you’ll see that not much has changed. Reagan, then just a private citizen, could just as well be talking about ObamaCare. The motives, strategies and arguments of those pushing national health insurance have not changed in the 47 years since this was recorded:
