UPDATE: Here’s the video (link via HotAir) Turns out Juan Carlos was peeved that Chavez kept interrupting Jose Zapatero, Spain’s prime minister. As Daniel, the blogger at Venezuela News and Views, surmises, Chavez, who gets to say whatever he wants whenever he wants at home, is not used to having to use civilized manners when outside his own country. I think he’s right. I hear Stalin interrupted FDR and Churchill, too. In fact, you can see him doing it here.
