Noose hoaxes and other progressive scams
Posted December 2nd, 2007 at 11:43 AM by Jon HamI have a feeling that most of the noose incidents that are cropping up are copycat incidents perpetrated by the very people who later profess outrage. Like this one, and the hoax swastika incident at George Washington University. I would not be surprised that the infamous Durham cross burnings, which have never been solved, fall into the same category. And what is the motive for lefties perpetrating racist hoaxes? It gives them an excuse for gathering to burn candles and shout about injustices, allowing “progressives” to keep the upper hand in the white guilt wars.
UPDATE: More on noose hoaxes from Bryan at HotAir. Noting that the black man who hung the noose in Baltimore will not be prosecuted, Bryan makes this point:
Now it looks like a hate hoax. But it’s still fundamentally based on a racist attitude. Like the GWU incident, the perp gets a slap on the wrist, and there will be more of these hoaxes until those responsible for them have to pay a serious price.
He also wonders what happened to the Columbia University noose incident. And what are the odds that the N.C. State toilet paper noose was a lefty hate hoax too? I’d say those odds are getting shorter and shorter.

[...] Muslims with a political axe to grind know that false hate-crime claims can be used as a political cudgel, just like nooses ans swastikas. [...]
