Socially conservative parents have a pretty good idea of the TV programs they don’t want their kids watching. But TV producers are working hand in hand with liberal advocacy groups to infuse episodes with specific messages. And as you might expect, the messages, at least according to this story, revolve around socially liberal lifestyle issues and mores. Parents will have to decide for themselves what they want children exposed to, and in what environment a child learns about an issue and the family’s view of that issue. Some parents may think that watching a program together is the answer, while others may decide it’s best to turn the TV off.
