Yesterday in Raleigh, constitutional attorney Miguel Estrada addressed the question of whether the federal government will use the U.S. Supreme Court’s ObamaCare tax ruling as the basis for using the taxing power to regulate other types of behavior. Estrada offered these comments to the John Locke Foundation and Federalist Society.
