13-Year-Old Tries To Build It On His Own But Gets Thwarted By Government Regulations

From the Mackinac Center for Public Policy comes this maddening story about a 13-year-old from Michigan who tried to sell  hot dogs to help his family — his parents are on disability. Sadly, local government zoning officials shut him down.
