The Declining Value Of A 4-Year College Degree

For several years, George Leef of the Pope Center for Higher Education Policy has been writing about the declining value of a four-year degree. His point has now become mainstream conversation as the Great Recession, exacerbated by misguided economic policies, has strangled job creators and given us misery in the job market. In this conversation with me for Carolina Journal Radio, Leef gives some perspective to what has occurred.
