From Yuba City, California comes a story that proves it pays to be a jerk. The city is paying someone $15,000 to stop filing lawsuits against local businesses.
It is a ridiculous abuse of the legal system by the man who’s doing this.
It is an atrocious use of taxpayer funds by the city.
And it is a pathetic commentary on today’s society, where ethics and morality are in short supply.
