Campaign signs are cropping up quickly in northern Orange County. I’ve spotted a few more Obama signs over the past week, but Romney signs continue to dominate the landscape north of Hillsborough. Signs supporting Supreme Court candidate Paul Newby are also showing up. I’ve seen none yet for Newby’s opponent, Sam Ervin IV. I continue to watch cars and bumper stickers as well. Obama stickers are plentiful on I-40/I-85/Durham Freeway in the Durham/Orange area, but I did see something new this week: a truck with a 2008 Obama sticker on the bumper and a Romney/Ryan sticker in the back window.
