Barack the scoundrel?

Posted April 15th, 2008 at 5:39 PM by Jon Ham

Obama is wearing an American flag lapel pin again, something he quit doing back in Iowa because, as he famously said, it has become a substitute for “true patriotism.”

I’m sure this has nothing to do with his elitist and snobbish view of the vast American unwashed that he revealed in a San Francisco speech recently. What’s that quote about the last refuge of a scoundrel?

Five million people in this country suffer from Alzheimer’s Disease. During the next administration, the number will skyrocket due to the aging baby boomer population.

We need to ask our candidates what they’re going to do about it before it bankrupts Medicare and Medicaid. North Carolina voters must ask that question now.
