ACORN would benefit hugely from Dodd’s plan
Posted September 26th, 2008 at 8:53 AM by Jon HamHaven’t seen this in the mainstream media, which is not surprising. The thug-activist, vote-fraud practicing group ACORN, whose lawyer used to be Barack Obama, would get millions under the plan pushed by Democratic Sen. Chris Dodd. Maybe that’s why Republicans are against it, hmmm?:
One of the sticking points, as Senator Lindsey Graham explained later, wasn’t a lack of begging but a poison pill that would push 20% of all profits from the bailout into the Housing Trust Fund — a boondoggle that Democrats in Congress has used to fund political-action groups like ACORN and the National Council of La Raza.
It’s unconscionable that the Democrat leadership would try to sneak outrageous clauses into proposed legislation, but not surprising.

ACORN, via CRA agreements with the likes of Wachovia and BofA, was a motive cause of below-market lending to borrowers who could not pay back their loans.
A “bailout” that funds ACORN and co-conspirators isn’t a just fox-and-henhouse deal, it is handing over young boys to Jeffrey Dahmer.
