Argh.
It would make me happier if the “judges” presiding over this hearing would have told Nifong’s attorneys “You cannot and WILL NOT refer to Crystal Gail Mangum as ‘victim’. The word ‘victim’ is reserved for referrring to Messrs. Seligmann, Finnerty, and Evans. Got it?”
